Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order. Please ensure to record a opening video to support any claims without which we may not be able to accomodate your claims.

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Our exchange percentage is less than 1.51% because of the premium quality of our products. However, if you feel that you have received a wrong or a damaged product, kindly read the eligibility for exchanges below:

a. Clothing (Women & Kids)

You may return or exchange clothing if:

• The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging are intact
• Return/exchange request is raised within 3 days of delivery

b. Jewellery

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, jewellery is not eligible for return or exchange, except in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing defect

For such cases, an unboxing video is mandatory within 24 hours of date of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Jewellery (except damaged/incorrect items)
• Used, washed, or altered clothing
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Sale/discount items
• Items damaged due to customer handling

3. The order must be a prepaid order if reason for exchange is other than the ones mentioned above. Please do note we do not offer exchanges for non-damaged products for COD orders due to the affordable nature of the products.

4. Exchange Options

If your item is eligible, you may exchange it for:

• A different size (if available)
• A different product of the same or higher value
• Store credit equivalent to the product value (valid for next purchase)

Store credit is issued when exchange product/size is not available.

5. Simple Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these easy steps:

2. Provide your order details and reason for the exchange
3. Once we receive the product, you can let us know the exchange selection and we will ship those products back to you.

Exchange Guidelines:

1. Returned items will undergo a quality inspection before processing.
2. We accept exchanges for manufacturing defects or incorrect items received.
3. For exchanges, we will process your request based on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer alternatives or a credit note.

6. Return Process

To raise a return or exchange:

3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
4. Once approved, we will arrange pickup or share the return address.
5. After receiving the product, we will complete a quality check and process your exchange/store credit.

7.Quality Check

Returns will be accepted only if:
• The product passes quality inspection
• No signs of wear, damage, stains, or perfume are found
• Packaging and tags are intact

If the product does not pass quality check, it will be returned back to you.

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
• Prepaid orders canceled before dispatch will be converted into store credit.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

• Raise a complaint within 24 hours
• Provide clear photos and mandatory unboxing video
• We will arrange an exchange or issue store credit after verification
