- Other Cities: 5–7 days
- Remote Areas: 7–10 days
Do you offer international shipping?

How can I track my order?

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns only for clothing within 3 days of delivery, if unused and with tags.
Is jewellery returnable?
Jewellery is not returnable or exchangeable, except if damaged or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Contact us within 24 hours with photos and a mandatory unboxing video.
We will arrange an exchange or provide store credit.
Do you offer refunds?
No, we follow a Return & Exchange Only policy.
Store credit will be issued if the replacement is unavailable.

Most pieces are stainless-steel or anti-tarnish, but proper care is required to maintain shine.
