How do I place an order?

We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments through secure payment gateways.
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible.

3. Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns only for clothing within 3 days of delivery, if unused and with tags.
Jewellery is not returnable or exchangeable, except if damaged or incorrect.
Contact us within 24 hours with photos and a mandatory unboxing video. We will arrange an exchange or provide store credit.
No, we follow a Return & Exchange Only policy. Store credit will be issued if the replacement is unavailable.

Will the jewellery tarnish?
Most pieces are stainless-steel or anti-tarnish, but proper care is required to maintain shine.
We try our best, but slight differences may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
